I grew up on a dairy farm near a small town in central Minnesota.
Why I Became a Radiologist
During medical school, I noticed that the radiologists seemed to really enjoy their work. That's a big part of why I decided to go into radiology. My favorite part of being a radiologist is helping make a diagnosis that can change the treatment and outcome of a patient.
